The first step is to meet the homeowner and view the property. Comprehensive notes and with the seller’s permission, digital photos will be taken. An exclusive Tweeked report will be prepared detailing steps to prepare the home for sale.

TWEEKED FOR SALE

Our mission at Tweeked, Inc. is to assist sellers in showcasing their homes for a quick and top dollar sale. When Tweeked is engaged to perform the necessary tasks detailed in our Report, a bid will be prepared that includes our fee and if necessary those of any third party services. Our services — ranging from furniture accessorizing, de-cluttering, redistribution of furniture, and painting — can be tailored to meet a homeowner’s time, skills and budget.

TWEEKED FOR STAYING

Know someone or do you want a new look, Tweeked can redesign and/or repurpose their existing home environment. Focal points will be established and we will “shop” their home for existing items which can be used in Tweeking homes.

VACANT HOME TWEEKING

Tweeked will turn a vacant house from blah to WOW. Our service includes sourcing rentals or purchasing furniture, placement, and final Tweeking of vacant properties.

MOVE IN TWEEKING

Whether moving to a larger home or downsizing, Tweeked can assist with a plan that best utilizes space for placement of furniture and art. Tweeked will show your clients ways to breathe new life into furniture and accessories. We also offer personal shopping for last minute details to complete the look.

PERSONAL SHOPPING

When you can’t seem to find the time or just don’t have the desire, Tweeked can shop for you. A Tweeked eye can unearth affordable treasures all within your style and budget requirements.
